For Luc Van Rompaey, the manager, building trade has no secrets: in other companies he was project manager, technical manager and head of the calculation section. Christophe Simons, project manager, is the son of a building contractor and already completed 100 constructions successfully. He got some opportunities in the past to manage big projects; as a result of this he easily has an overview of - even complex - constructions. Raf Smekens, also a project manager, worked self-employed as a master marble worker and therefore developed an eye for details in finishing touch. Judith Gommeren has been working in the construction busines for over 8 years, she has been the first employee. She started her career in this business and after roaming quite a lot she has returned to her core passion. Within the firm she’s responsible of the administration of all the construction sites and she manages some of them.

The main activity of the company: complex renovations in short term for public establishment. Our company has not the ambition to be the greatest - with a monthly turn-over of 250.000 € - but we do aspire to be the most efficient, the most organised, and the company with the best communication.
Due to experience of the team we can think along with our customer, make alternative suggestions and anticipate on technical problems. At the same time we can rest on a firm team of subcontractors, an additional trump.
